Newton Park
Saturday 5th July saw a small group of committee and club members clear 35 swims at NP, the bank vegetation in some swims was over 6ft high so not an easy task, we have put in another 8 pegs above the foot bridge so plenty of pegs ready for the matches and hopefully some open days for our members to enjoy the river, as this is a match venue only we are hopeful we can get the open days, I will keep you all posted

Apart from 3 swims the river looked fantastic and all fishable especially above the bridge.
