CARP, TENCH AND ROACH

Over the last few weeks we have been seeing 15-20lb bags of roach being caught up and down the lake to various methods, some of the roach are 1lb+ so if you pick the right day you won’t be disappointed, what is also very encouraging is that many members are catching more and more carp and tench, most of the carp are between 4-10lb and the tench 5-6lb, our last match was won with 3 nice mirrors weighing in at just under 30lb, as the lake is starting to colour up and the water getting colder I think we will see more of the lakes big bream being caught and hopefully another lake record, keep sending me your catch photos please as it is really good to know what is being caught and what fish we have in the lake, we have already had many surprises this year by the size of some of the lakes residents.
