300lb + OF SILVER’S

Sunday 3rd September was our 12th points match at the lake and the weather was brilliant sunshine and about 27 degrees, 23 anglers fished and when they had all weighed in we had over 300lb of silvers.

kev Breaker and Gary House had nearly 60lb between them on pegs 6 and 5 , kev had 29.12 and Gary had 29.00, Bob Hocking on Peg 12 had 22.00, Richard Fripp on peg 25 had 21.04.

The rest of the guys that fished another 12 had double figure catches in the mid to high teens.

Most of the catches were on the long and short whips with maggot, hemp and tares, we are also catching more and more small carp and skimmers, so all in all a cracking match.
