The reservoir opened on Wednesday 1st July and what a phenomenal venue, when you mention SB a lot of anglers think of Carp, Carp and more Carp but those of us that fish it regularly know that it is a incredible silvers venue and probably one of the best, one of our silvers matches produced well over 400lb of Roach, Rudd and Chub not to mention the 150 Carp that were caught, the Rudd and Roach go to around 2lb and many have never been caught. This time of year the fish are at your feet and ravenous so the whip is the ideal method and fish up in the water, plenty of feed means plenty of fish
