WHERE HAS ALL THE WATER GONE?

Sherborne lake looks a bit different today Sunday 1st June as the water level has been dropped in the region of 5/6 ft for essential maintenance work, our older members will remember back in the 80s and early 90s the water would be lowered every winter for a few months and you had to walk out about 10 yards out in the lake to fish, the drop in the level has not affected the fishing as Bream and Carp are still being caught, the match next Sunday will be interesting if nothing else.
