Lake Bream And Skimmers

Over the last few months the lake has been producing big Bream in the usual areas with 5/6 in a session being reported, some anglers having more and some less. Many of our members were concerned that there were no skimmers being caught, these being the big Bream of the future but we needn’t of worried as the last few months we have started seeing lots of them being caught and this we have not seen for years, (has the feed program made a difference )

The Bay Area of the lake seems to be where most are being caught pegs 19 to 27, we have also seen a lot of Tench caught through out the winter months and this is very unusual for Tench but we are not complaining.
